The KUHN Krause Excelerator® XT 8010 features the proven Excalibur® VT (vertical tillage) blades configured in a combination spacing (7" front and 8" rear) to meet the challenges of heavy GMO residue. 1 to 5 degree gang angles for vertical tillage while a more aggressive XTENDED range of 6-8 degrees help address concentrations of young weeds and aid in filling light ruts. New mid-mount tines control and redistribute residue followed by the exclusive Star Wheel™ treaders providing soil and residue mixing, clod size reduction and residue anchoring. Proven heavy-duty 24/7® conditioning reels provide a superior seedbed. Designed to operate at 8-10 mph, the Excelerator XT provides producers with a versatile, productive high-speed vertical tillage tool that is proficient in either fall or spring tillage applications.
