Description
John Deere 4440 w/cab 3pt, shows 2271 hours, 540/1000 PTO. Quad range, Serial - 4440H037488R Has new block heater, installed new radiator & hoses Engine overhauled by John Deere dealer - installed cleaned block on stand, crankshaft with new main bearings, torqued main bearings, installed liner o-rings and liners, assembled pistons to rods & installed piston & rod assembly with new bearings, used plastigage to check bearing clearance, torqued rod bearings, installed cylinder head & torqued, installed lifters & camshaft, timed engine, installed front & rear main seals, installed oil pump & oil pan, installed new injectors with rebuilt injection pump, installed valve train & adjusted, assembled rest of engine completely on stand. Installed engine in front frame. Once tractor was back together, replaced seals on load control shaft to fix hydraulic leak. Assembled fuel lines, electrical, steering lines & all linkages. Filled with engine oil, filled with hydraulic oil. Ran tractor, tractor had good oil pressure & ran good. Total for repairs - $28,927.29
