Great Plains Ag is one of five company divisions (bought by Kubota in 2016) and first went to market with a three-section folding grain drill that could be transported fully-loaded by farmers.

In the 1980s, Great Plains Ag developed no-till drills, and in the 1990s, the company began producing twin-row planters with advanced design to handle narrower rows in fields.

• Great Plains Solid Stand 20: The Great Plains 20-series three-point drill features openers that accommodate narrow row planting in seedbeds. The Great Plains line of minimum-till drills range in width from 12’ to 25’.

• Great Plains 1005NT Drill: The 1005NT no-till drill is a pull-type seeding implement designed to effectively clear away crop residue and open the seed trench in no-till fields.
