Description

FORD 9000 This is our tractor. We bought it about 10 years ago and it has been a good tractor. We simply haven't used it in the last four or five years. The good: - Tractor starts, runs, clutches, shifts and overall operates as it should - Doesn't use any oil - Has literally been a $0 maintenance tractor for the small amount of work we have used it for - we have probably put about 200 hours on it in the time we owned it and the bulk of those hours were in 2016 - Dual Power, PTO, three-point and hydraulics all work and work well. -Oil Pressure and Temp Gauges both work The bad: - Rear tires hold air but have slow leaks and are showing significant deterioration - None of the original gauges work - Three point ears and the top of the steering legs on the front end have been welded solid by previous owner - didn't bother us while we used it but would make maintenance of those items difficult - Brakes seep off over time. Normally we have been able to simply refill the brake fluid reservoir and brakes would be good for months. However, when we did this listing, I was not able to get them to pump up and hold - more repair may be needed to get brakes working again. - Power steering works fine but leaks so you have to refill it about every 50 hours or so or more if you let it sit for long periods of time. I added a quart of ATF to the power steering to do this listing and it steers just fine. - No windshield - I don't see how this cab would hold a windshield withou
