Previous owner did a good job of maintaining this unit and everything works but the following will need attention: - Controls for bale chute hydraulic motor and controls for push off feet both need minor adjustments to the linkage - Hydraulic motor on first table chain has a steady oil leak that will need addressed - The trip lever on the second table may need lubricated as well as the shifting linkage for the transmission - both work but they are very stiff Otherwise this balewagon appears to be in good condition and ready to go. Loading assistance is available with at least 24 hours advance notice. Sales tax at the rate of 4.65% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove Colorado state sales tax of 2.9% BUT MONTROSE COUNTY SALES TAX OF 1.75% MUST STILL BE COLLECTED AS MONTROSE COUNTY DOES NOT EXEMPT FARM MACHINERY FROM THE COLLECTION OF SALES TAX.
