1978 INTERNATIONAL 1086 On consignment from a local farm is this 1086. Tractor is clean inside and out. Tractor starts, runs, clutches, brakes and steers as it should. TORQUE AMPLIFIER DOES NOT WORK so the partial powershift is not functional in this tractor. PTO and three-point both work as they should. We let this tractor sit and idle in place for about 15 minutes while I was taking pictures and I did not see any oil coming out of this tractor anywhere. No visible blow-by. Inside of this tractor is very clean for its age. New AC compressor last year and AC blows cool (I won't say it is freezing cold but the AC works fine - it might need charged since it hasn't been charged since the installation of the compressor last year). Other than the issue with the TA, this tractor seems to work just like it should. Additional questions can be directed to the owner or the auction company during normal business hours. Sales tax at the rate of 4.65% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove Colorado state sales tax of 2.9% BUT MONTROSE COUNTY SALES TAX OF 1.75% MUST STILL BE COLLECTED AS MONTROSE COUNTY DOES NOT EXEMPT FARM MACHINERY FROM THE
