EVERSMAN D5 This looks like a pretty clean little Eversman ditcher. Additional questions can be directed to the owner during normal business hours at 970_361_5008 (cell) or 970_859_7201 (home). Owner states he can deliver equipment for a fee if the buyer is interested. Loading assistance is available BUT MUST BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE. Equipment must be removed by 12/31/25 as property has been sold. Sales tax at the rate of 4.65% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer wishes to claim this as an ag exempt purchase AND provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove Colorado state sales tax of 2.9%. However, Montrose County sales tax of 1.75% must still be collected as Montrose County does not exempt farm equipment from the collection of sales tax.
