Brillion Cultipcker 30' Brillion Cultipacker, this packer has a retrofit fifth wheel type front tire, kinda making it a pull type. There is also a hydraulic leak on one of the fold cylinders, this is shown in the photos. also if you look close at this piece you will see minor wear in the hinge points, this is not due to nothing more than normal use & not abuse. Tires on this unit appear to be in fair condition, size 11L-15SL.
