DANUSER SM40 Nice Danuser post pounder attachment that includes the steel post driving attachment, has hydraulic grapple and hydraulic tilt. Additional questions can be directed to the owner's representative during normal business hours at 970_275_2361. Loading assistance is available with at least 24 hours advance notice. Please note that this item is located in the San Juan mountains of Colorado and loadout during the winter and spring months may be limited due to severe weather. Please call in advance and check weather reports to ensure that weather will allow loadout of the items before showing up to load. Sales tax at the rate of 5.45% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove state sales tax of 2.9% but Ouray County sales tax of 2.55% must still be collected as Ouray County does not exempt farm machinery from the collection of sales tax - no exceptions!
