Description
DEERE 310A This little Deere backhoe started right up (we did have to jump it) and runs pretty well. There was a little smoke coming off of the motor as it idled - unsure if that was an exhaust leak or it was heating up some of the old oil that has seeped onto the motor. Unsure if hours are accurate. It shifted through all of the gears and the left-hand reverser worked as it should in all of the gears. Loader and hoe work as they should as do the outriggers. There is a leak coming from the backhoe - I think it is either a hose or a fitting inside the boom of the backhoe - I don't think it is a seal. The little guy acts like it is low on hydraulic oil so you will probable need to address that leak and fill it with oil. NO BRAKES - PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN LOADING THIS ITEM. Additional questions can be directed to the owner during normal business hours at 970_986_0498. Loading assistance is available with at least 24 hours advance notice. Sales tax at the rate of 5.27% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit which will remove all sales tax.
