2018 KUBOTA U35-4 This looks like a clean little Kubota mini-ex with an 18" bucket and 5 1/2' blade. Rubber tracks replaced last year and still have very good tread remaining. Owner purchased this unit to help his son get his excavating business started and no longer needs this machine. Excavator starts, runs, steers and operates as it should. Please note that this machine is still in use and will have additional hours by sale date. We estimate these hours to be 50 additional hours or less. Loading assistance available with at least 24 hours advance notice. Sales tax at the rate of 5.27% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit which will remove all sales tax.
