Description
DANUSER SM40 Danuser post pounder, fits to universal skidsteer plate. Has the post grapple/claw as well as the tilt. Please note that on the day of listing, the electric connections for the hydraulic valve were damaged but owner said he will get a new connector prior to sale. We will update the listing accordingly once we have that verified with the owner. Additional questions can be directed to the owner during normal business hours at 970_258_7197. Loading assistance is available with at least 24 hours advance notice. Sales tax at the rate of 4.65% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove Colorado state sales tax of 2.9% but Montrose County sales tax of 1.75% must still be collected as Montrose County does not exempt farm machinery from the collection of sales tax - no exceptions.
