1946 John Deere A Tractor runs and drives. It is a long hood, slant dash tractor that has the following options, a live PTO with shield, tricycle front end, drawbar, electric start, headlights, white face gauges, and wheel weights. The rockshaft does not currently work as it should. The tractor has had the following parts replaced, the seat cushion, rebuilt carburetor, lights, gauges, exhaust stack, front and rear tires, and steering wheel. The machine has been converted to 12 volt negative ground and has a Pertronix electric ignition system installed with a 12 volt alternator. The sheet metal is in good condition and it has a fresh coat of paint. Serial number: 566924
